Between April and September 2025, the Spree Cycle Path between the Große Tränke lock and Hangelsberg will be completely closed due to renovation work.
The lock near Lake Neuendorf in Alt Schadow is being built for an indefinite period. Sections 8 and 9 are partially affected. Portaging the canoe is necessary here. All other sections in the Oder-Spree Lake District remain navigable without any problems.
