At the Bird Race It's not the birds that run after them, but the observers! The goal: to discover as many bird species as possible within one day – counting every species that you definitely see or hear. It's important to determine the area you're observing in advance so the data can be analyzed later.
Our Seenland-Spöker Team is participating for the third time and will be 03. May um 3 a.m. in the Oder-Spree Lake District. They'll be out and about all day, and you can follow their adventures live in our story!
💡 Want to join in yourself? Set up your own team or take a private day to collect all the birds you can spot! Or try the Mini Birdrace in Beeskow – the slightly more relaxed version.
Register and become part of this unique nature experience!
