Exhibition "Artistic Encounter - Children Shape Their World"
On Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 14:00 p.m., an exhibition of works by children from Ukraine, Germany, and other countries will open in the tower of Beeskow Castle. These children participated in the art project "Identity, Home, and Orientation" during 2025. The project, led by Beeskow artist Rostyslav Voronko, is supported by the Oder-Spree district's integration budget and carried out in cooperation with the Beeskow Castle Support Association. It provides children at Beeskow Castle with a space for collaborative artistic experimentation and creation, focusing on encounters, exchange, and mutual understanding.
The creative works now on display in the keep of Beeskow Castle reveal the children's individual imagination and free artistic expression. Visitors can expect a warm atmosphere and intercultural exchange alongside the paintings and ceramics at the opening. Borscht, other Ukrainian dishes, and grilled sausages will also be available.
