The Little King December

A play based on the book by Axel Hacke, featuring live music, small culinary treats, and a glass of sparkling wine.

Because the "office worker" is sad, he is cheered up by little King December, who lives in a crack in his bookshelf. In his kingdom, everything is different. You are born big.
Over time, one becomes smaller and smaller and is allowed to forget everything sensible. And dreams are kept in beautiful boxes until eventually one lives only in them. Life begins in the evening when one falls asleep and takes a break when one wakes up in the morning. On a large floor cloth resembling a chessboard, the "office worker" sits and arranges the many unopened boxes and crates that surround him.
