“Elegy for Saxophone and Organ”
Two – ultimately – woodwind instruments work together: the "queen of instruments" with the saxophone. And all this in three different tunings: the usual alto, the less common tenor, and the rare bass.
Works by George Frideric Handel, Eugene Bozza, Charlie Chaplin and Astor Piazzolla are played - the warm, soft sound of the saxophone complements the organ, which uses the full range of its registers, particularly harmoniously.
