Garden concert at Haus Bötzsee
The community is once again hosting garden concerts on the terrace of "Haus Bötzsee" this summer. Uwe Kropinski will be performing on August 08th.
He is considered one of the most important and exciting innovators of the acoustic guitar. What Kropinski does with his guitar (39 frets!) is far beyond what one usually sees. Not only does he make the six strings sing with breathtaking technique, but he also uses his voice. Uwe Kropinski moves with sovereign freedom between the styles and genres of the musical world. Jazz, blues, classical, rock, folk, samba, or flamenco: he draws from the wealth of global musical formats to realize his complex compositional and improvisational ideas. Uwe Kropinski has been playing at the garden concerts at Bötzsee for over 20 years and is once again one of the highlights this summer.
