Emanuel Blumin-Sint is a rising star in the classical music world. The 20-year-old bassoonist has already given solo performances at New York's Carnegie Hall and the Elbphilharmonie. He has collaborated with Simon Rattle and won more than a dozen first prizes at competitions in Europe and the USA. In 2024, he was awarded the Fanny Mendelssohn Förderpreis, which enabled him to create his debut album, "Leading Bassoon." The concert will be conducted by Elisaveta Blumina, the soloist's mother. The ECHO KLASSIK award winner is primarily known as a pianist.
