From October 11, 2025, to January 6, 2026, the Eisenhüttenstadt Municipal Museum will present an extraordinary art exhibition to mark the 100th birthday of Johannes Hansky. The Sorbian painter, graphic artist, and medalist not only achieved art-historical significance with his works, but also established a direct connection to the city of Eisenhüttenstadt: He created the city's coat of arms, thus shaping a lasting symbol.
