MTS - 50 Years of the LP "Courage, Drive, Beauty"
In 1976, the first LP by the mobile cabaret group MTS, "Mut Tatendrang Schönheit" (Courage, Urge, Beauty), was recorded at the "Kasseturm" student club in Weimar. Due to printing issues, it wasn't released until 1977. Furthermore, in 2026, founder, singer, and lyricist Thomas Schmitt will turn 75 and will return to the stage with his longtime musical partner, Frank Sültemeyer, to celebrate these two anniversaries with the audience! In addition to songs from the aforementioned LP, the gentlemen will perform further highlights from MTS's more than fifty-year career.
