"Cheers to 2026!" - The Brandenburg Concert Orchestra Eberswalde, under the direction of its new conductor Jens Georg Bachmann, offers you a musically entertaining and uplifting start to the year with its traditional "New Year's Concert" on January 03rd at 16:00 pm in the former castle church of Schöneiche!
Enjoy a diverse program featuring music from Johann Strauss's famous operetta "Die Fledermaus," Paul Lincke's waltz from "Frau Luna," and irresistible American rhythms by George Gershwin and Leroy Anderson, whose amusing "Sleigh Ride" will be performed. Lively arias and songs, sung by the young baritone Carlo Zaccaria Schmitz, will enrich the program and make it unforgettable.
