• Eating and Drinking

Autumn is drawing to a close, and cold and flu season is just around the corner. Regular visits to the forest are one way to boost your health. But many mushrooms and herbs sizzling in a pan in the evening also support your immune system. Wouldn't it be great if you could benefit from them all winter long?
In this workshop, we'll show you mushrooms and wild herbs that you can easily find and identify, and how to preserve them so you can benefit from their positive effects all winter long. What we don't need for that, we'll use to make a delicious meal.

Oliver guides us through the world of mushrooms in October.
Larissa shows us all kinds of fruits, nuts and herbs that can still be found now, because soon nature will go into hibernation.
