"The originality of his work is refreshing and exciting to look at. It brings a unique perspective to the art world."
Anna Gaikovich (painter and visual artist)

Sergei Lutsevich was born in 1968 in Minsk, Belarus. His passion for art developed at a young age. He attended a school for gifted children in Minsk, where he received artistic training and learned various techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpture.
After his studies, Sergej went to Bobruisk, also in Belarus, where he further developed his ceramic skills, a logical progression in his artistic training. In 1986 he moved to Germany, where he lives today and established his studio in Frankfurt (Oder).
Sergei Lutsevich is primarily known for his meticulous and detailed work, which brings character and expression to his art. His focus is mainly on figurative representation, with a particular emphasis on the female form. Inspired by masters such as Michelangelo, he seeks to explore the beauty and complexity of the human figure in his drawings and paintings.
Sergej primarily uses pastels, charcoal, and watercolors on paper, creating works that capture the essence of his subjects with emotional depth and technical finesse. His work reflects his passion for art and his commitment to capturing truth and beauty in every line and with every stroke.
