Winter holiday special at the Weather Museum

Spend unforgettable hours during the winter holidays with our popular holiday program for the whole family. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of winter weather and explore the secrets behind snow and ice, clouds, wind and rain – with exciting experiments and winter craft ideas!

What awaits you:

Winter crafts for kids (10:00 – 11:00 am):
We'll make a winter cloud to take home – for only €10 per child (contribution towards costs).

Family tour & weather balloon launch (11:00 – 12:30):
Experience live as a weather balloon rises into the atmosphere and learn how weather forecasts are created.

* Lunch break (12:30 – 13:00):
Time for a small snack or a hot drink to warm up.

* Experimental show (13:00 PM – 14:00 PM):
Join in and be amazed – together we will explore how wind, clouds and rain are formed.



Please arrive at the museum approximately 15 minutes before the start of each event.
