The Zunfthaus 383 is located in the narrowest house in the town of Fürstenwalde. The inn has been standing at Tuchmacherstraße 12, very close to St. Mary's Cathedral, for over 370 years. The building is only 3,83 meters wide and offers enough space for up to 40 guests on three floors.
As a special feature, the food and drinks are transported by hand from the kitchen on the ground floor to the upper floors using a nostalgic open dumbwaiter.

The staff are physically very busy, going up and down stairs several times a day to the guests on the upper floors and back to the kitchen. The owner and trained chef André Quirmbach also spoils the guests with traditional German cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients.
The house was lavishly and uniquely furnished with great attention to detail by Alena Quirmbach, the wife who sadly died far too young. You can still feel the special dedication to her philosophy of "feeling good and enjoying yourself".
