The Klosterklause Neuzelle is located directly in front of the gates of Neuzelle Monastery and can look back on a 100-year tradition. From here you have a wonderful view of the monastery pond and the brewery. Special specialties of the house are the Neuzeller Monk's Roll, the Neuzeller Schwarzbierbraten and the Schlaubetal plate.
The menu also includes vegetarian, vegan and food combining dishes as well as gluten- and lactose-free dishes. There is a group menu for tour groups.
Anyone who would like to prepare their own meal under the guidance of experienced master chefs can take part in a cooking course from November to March by registering in advance. Also ideal as a gift voucher or for Christmas parties.
