The Mill hermitage in Schwerzko is one of the most popular day-trip restaurants in the Dorche Valley. Located directly on the Dorche River, it serves regional dishes such as kettle goulash, fresh fish, and homemade cakes. The restaurant is part of the Schwerzkoer Mill, the last of what was once six mills on the Dorche Stream.
The demonstration sawmill can be visited by appointment or on special occasions. Guided tours of the historic sawmill frame delight visitors of all ages. Regional specialties are available in the mill shop.
