Since 2012, the Fürstenwalder Rathausbräu has continued the 565-year brewing tradition of the city on the Spree. The brewery is housed in the rooms of the historic vaulted cellar of the cathedral city's old town hall. With a freshly tapped Rathausbräu, you can experience the city's beer history in the brewery museum. Our unfiltered, full-bodied beers are brewed in shiny copper kettles. The fresh, tangy Rathausbräu is rich in vitamins and minerals. During the brewery tour, our brewer introduces the specialty "rye beer" and seasonal beers with delicious spent grain bread and mild beer brandy.
