The restaurant brings the best of the region to the plate and relies on a new German cuisine that creatively combines flavors and awakens a hunger for discovery. The dishes are a culinary journey through the seasons, with fresh and local ingredients at the center. A table reservation is recommended. Walk-ins are always welcome.
