The beautiful, cozy holiday apartment is located just a few steps from the center of the town of Buckow, in the middle of Märkische Schweiz. In this scenic area there are hiking trails along the lakes and through gorges, which are called Kehlen in Märkische Schweiz. For the conversion of the attic floor into a holiday apartment in the brick house, special vintage elements were incorporated into the design. The building and the attic floor have been built sustainably and ecologically with clay plaster, clay paints and recycled building materials. The energy supply for heating and hot water is ecologically provided by a central log gasification heating system. The holiday apartment is very quietly located in the rear garden area of the property with an unobstructed view of the "mountains" of Märkische Schweiz and the garden. A separate, artistically designed external staircase leads to the spacious terrace of the attic apartment. There is plenty of garden furniture. From the terrace you can go directly into the holiday apartment. This is bright and spacious thanks to a dormer window with large windows. In the kitchen area you will find everything you need for cooking. The dishes come from Christine Pfundt's own ceramics studio. The host's studio is located in the building complex and can be visited. Courses are also offered. With prior registration, a "turning course on the potter's wheel" can be attended. A course should be booked well in advance of arrival. Shops, cafes and restaurants, a cinema and the city park can be reached from the holiday apartment in just a few minutes. In the warmer months, there are several bathing opportunities in the town. Hiking and cycling trails are very close by. The European cycle route R1 even runs right past the house.
