The holiday home was built in the style of a townhouse. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. From the outset, the use as a holiday home for private and business purposes was taken into account during planning. Larger groups of up to 15 people in particular (additional beds possible if necessary) will find a cozy temporary home including comfort and luxury. Several common areas for individual use have been set up. Some of the guests can play with the X-Box in the upper living area, while others work on the PC provided and others can chat in a large group in the living/dining area. The bedrooms are all equipped with very comfortable beds. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a large table for eating or meeting. The spacious terrace with a view of the well-kept garden invites you to relax. The gas-powered barbecue is used at every barbecue. For cold days, in addition to underfloor heating (in all rooms, gas-powered), there is also a sauna for 6 people including a relaxation area and a cozy fireplace in the living area. Provision has also been made for hot days. A very energy-efficient air conditioning system is installed on each floor and the heated pool invites you to swim from around mid-April to mid-October. The ground floor of the holiday home is largely barrier-free and designed for the elderly and disabled. There are three beds in total for the elderly and disabled in 2 bedrooms and a suitable shower room in the house. The thresholds into the house and onto the terrace are also barrier-free, i.e. floor-level. High standards regarding the quality of the holiday home and the service are reflected in the "Service Quality Germany" certificate.
