After reconstruction in 2024, it shines with historic half-timbering and completed clay plaster, combined with modern amenities such as underfloor heating, a kitchenette and a new wood-burning fireplace.
The accommodation offers a spacious living room with partially preserved 150-year-old floorboards, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a pleasantly cool living environment thanks to the thick clay walls in summer. In winter, the fireplace provides cozy warmth.
Outside, a seating area under an old walnut tree invites you to relax, with a direct view of the listed estate. The certified Oderland hiking trail, which runs directly past the property, connects the region from Wriezen to Bad Freienwalde and offers access to the natural treasures of the Oderbruch and Oberbarnim. A parking space is available on the property.
