The apartment is located in the historic town center of Bad Freienwalde. The movie theater, concert hall, castle and park, doctors, pharmacies, train and bus, restaurants, bike rentals, shops and sights can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike or car. On the ground floor of the house there is a small rental apartment with a nice tenant who is also happy to answer any questions. On the upper floor there is the holiday apartment on two levels, which has just been classified with four stars according to the current criteria of the German Tourism Association (as of March 2016). The first level has the guest toilet with shower, the living room with fireplace, the kitchen-diner with modern fitted kitchen and a utility room. The upper level with the three bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub and bidet can be reached via a beautiful wooden staircase. All rooms have a window, including the bathroom and the guest toilet. All bedrooms can be darkened. A travel cot and a high chair, etc. can also be provided on request. The predominantly sunny courtyard is comfortably laid out and offers space for relaxing hours in the sun on a lounger or enjoyable barbecue evenings - small lawn, vines, flowers, plant pots, covered seating and barbecue facilities, storage room for bicycles. The parking lot is adjacent to the courtyard. The holiday apartment has the same entrance as the rented apartment, but access to the holiday apartment is separate and lockable. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Electricity and water consumption are also included. An information folder and information material on sights in the city and the surrounding area are available in the holiday apartment. A bottle of wine or sparkling wine awaits guests as a welcome.
