Holiday apartments in the Inspector's House Behlendorf

holiday apartments etc.
The three fully equipped holiday apartments offer guests everything they need for a relaxing break in Brandenburg. Ideal for weekend getaways, family holidays, cycling trips, horseback riding holidays, and experiencing nature at the nearby lake, forest, and fields.

The three holiday apartments are located on the upper floor and are accessible via an external staircase. They offer upscale amenities and a unique ambiance.

The design of the "Schinkelhof" complex is attributed to the young Karl Friedrich Schinkel (1781-1841) and was executed between 1802 and 1806 by the Berlin architect David Gilly. A lengthy conversion and expansion of the attic resulted in these three holiday apartments. The historic inspector's house is part of the impressive octagonal Behlendorf estate. This ensemble consists primarily of fieldstone buildings covered with plank-truss roofs (known as Gilly barrel vaults) and represents significant examples of Prussian architecture.
