Excellent water quality and miles of fine nudist and textile beaches give Helene its nickname - the little Baltic Sea. There are offers for camping and caravanning enthusiasts, for swimming, diving, surfing, fishing, snorkeling and playing volleyball. Divers rave about the good visibility with visibility of up to 12 meters. Wi-Fi and pedal boats as well as rowing boats for hire are also available. Events take place regularly.
The campsite has separate areas for families and young people. With enough sanitary facilities, a baby changing room, a washing machine room and a barrier-free sanitary area, the site is prepared for all guests.
CURRENT NOTE: the shore area of Lake Helene (including the beach) is closed until further notice because landslides have been detected on some sections of the shore.
