The guest house is located in the center of Eisenhüttenstadt. It has eight double rooms. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower and a TV. Three rooms have a balcony, one is barrier-free. The bright colors of the rooms and modern furniture with a wood look ensure a friendly atmosphere.
Directly connected to the guest house is a restaurant that serves specialties from the Balkans. In the immediate vicinity are the Lindenallee with numerous shops, the Friedrich Wolf Theater and the town hall.
