About us
As a dynamic team, we are responsible for destination management as well as brand and product development for the Oder-Spree lake district.
Our travel region is divided into 7 sub-regions, the experience areas.
These experiential areas of the Oder-Spree lake district are characterized by their individual features and contribute significantly to making the region special and unique with its unique experiential opportunities.
Together with our regional partners, we develop new tourism offerings, strengthen existing structures and move our region forward with heart and concept.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for an adventure area in the Oder-Spree lake district, and you also take on tasks in the office.
- You will implement our experiential space concept on site – with a focus on quality, brand and experiential value
- You travel a lot and work directly with the tourism partners in the region.
- You connect stakeholders, implement our shared ideas, and strengthen collaboration.
- You form the interface between the association and the providers.
- You will support projects in destination management and represent the region at events and trade fairs.

- A degree in tourism or a comparable qualification
- digitally fit and mobile with a driver's license
