About us
As a dynamic team, we are responsible for destination management as well as brand and product development for the Oder-Spree Lake District.
Our travel region is divided into 7 sub-regions, the adventure areas.
These adventure areas of the Oder-Spree Lake District are characterized by their individual characteristics and contribute significantly to making the region special and distinctive with its unique adventure opportunities.
Together with our regional partners, we develop new tourism offers, strengthen existing structures and advance our region with heart and concept.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for an adventure area in the Oder-Spree Lake District, and you will also take on tasks in the office
- You will implement our experience space concept on site – with a focus on quality, brand and experience value
- You travel a lot and work directly with the tourism partners in the region
- You connect stakeholders, implement our shared ideas and strengthen cooperation
- You form the interface between the association and the providers
- You accompany projects in destination management and represent the region at events and trade fairs
what you bring
- A degree in tourism or a comparable qualification
- digitally fit and mobile with a driving license
- Open, communicative, flexible – you love being on the move, meeting new people and putting ideas into practice
- You are a team player
