Wilhelmsaue post mill

Historical monuments and sites
The Wilhelmsaue post mill has existed on its wooden foundation since 1880. Flour was milled here until 1956 and grist until 1964. After that, the mill stood empty and threatened to fall into disrepair until the first restoration work took place in 1983.

The Wilhelmsaue post mill is the last remaining post mill in the Oderbruch and is a protected technical monument.

The post mill can be visited from April 1st to October 31st from Tuesday to Thursday by appointment (short phone call) and from Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m., from November 1st to March 31st only by appointment.
