Family Behring operates on her organic farm organic farming and breeds black-headed sheep. The farm also has the second largest orchard in Brandenburg. All home-made products such as lamb, ham, apple juice from the orchard as well as grain and apples are sold in the farm shop. The sheep's meat is particularly aromatic, tender and high-quality due to year-round outdoor farming and plenty of exercise.
During guided tours and field walks, visitors can have the operation explained to them and, for example, view the orchards, the black-headed sheep and the plant-based sewage treatment plant. There is also a freely accessible educational trail where visitors can find out more about orchards on their own using over 50 information and variety boards.
Once a year the farm organizes a fruit picking day. The farm shop is open and tours are available by telephone reservation. Event dates are announced on the website.
