Our products are mainly regional, seasonal and organic. The apples and tomatoes come from here, at the real harvest time, and are not from Africa or New Zealand. The cheese and yoghurt from the Oderbruch sheep around the corner are fresh and delicious. Sausage, bread, juice and vegetables come from small farms nearby and are fresh without long transport routes and times.
