The Andere Welt Bühne is a theater whose uniqueness lies in its location. In the Strausberger Wald there is a 28 hectare site on which the GDR's telecommunications center was built in 1984. Functional buildings, halls, including a two-story bunker, make up the area of the Anderen Welt, an initiative to develop the site as a residential, commercial, cultural and nature project.
