Former Imperial Post Office Building Rüdersdorf

Historical monuments and sites
The two-storey post office building in the present town centre of Rüdersdorf was built in 1904 according to designs by the Potsdam postal construction inspector Wank as a so-called rental post office building for the Kalkberge district. The clinker brick building with plastered wall surfaces, corner pilasters, cornice bands and window frames, whose
Sills were set off by green-glazed plain tiles, is a characteristic and important urban development component in Rüdersdorf. The relief of the imperial coat of arms was removed in 1945.
