The Heimatmuseum in the Old School is dedicated to the life and work of the life reformer and Art Nouveau artist Fidus (1868 – 1948) as well as the history of Woltersdorf.
The local museum's offering is complemented by the exhibition "When Woltersdorf was still Hollywood" in the observation tower on Kranichsberg, which examines the town's film history from 1920 to 1938. The tower also offers a unique view of the surrounding area.
