The local history society presents the history of the town of Altlandsberg in the former hospital of the Schwerin Foundation next to the Berlin Gate Tower. The building has a small exhibition with panels on the town's history and objects from "old times". Stone witnesses to the town's early history can be viewed in the wall garden.
