The historic fire station with its wooden hose tower on Schiffbauerstrasse is a branch of the Müllrose Local History Museum. It was built in 1925 and served to house the technical equipment of the Müllrose Volunteer Fire Department. The hoses were hung in the wooden tower to dry. With the expansion of technology and increasing quality requirements, the building soon proved too small. Its use ended in 1964.
Today, behind its large gates, it displays evidence of Müllros's fire service and shipbuilding in three shipyards, which are only remembered by the street name.
