The small farm shop is the heart of the Naturgut Köllnitz. Every day, hard-working service staff and fishermen meet with the chefs for a chat. No one in the village misses the opportunity to reward their hard work with a fish sandwich and hot coffee. There's room for everyone and, above all, something really delicious to eat in the farm shop. In addition to pike meatballs, fried tench and good smoked fish, there are homemade salads and, of course, the much-loved rollies.
In winter there is fresh fish soup and mulled wine. For those who prefer to cook their own food, there is a large selection of fresh local fish and some selected sea fish (with MSC seal). And because friends help each other, the farm shop at Naturgut Köllnitz also offers a number of products from regional partners.
