The southeasternmost station in Beeskow offers you an extraordinary nature experience from the very first minute. Here, the Spree River flows almost untouched through the landscape in its millennia-old riverbed, and the boat traffic is pleasantly quiet. Your journey is mostly flanked only by dense forests and expansive meadows along the banks.
- Route highlights: The river stretches for just under 40 kilometers upstream, past Lake Glower, Lake Schwieloch, and Lake Neuendorf, to the edge of the Spreewald forest. If you keep to starboard before reaching the Spreewald, you'll reach Lake Köthener via the Dahme flood relief canal – the southernmost point of Brandenburg's navigable waterways.
- Nature & Fishing: The wildlife here is completely intact – be sure to keep an eye out for beavers and bats at dusk. And for all you anglers: tight lines!
- The rafts: They offer space for up to eight people, can be driven without a driver's license and have a weatherproof cabin.
