Jewish history is a unique feature in Groß Neuendorf. In addition to the 29 preserved gravestones, remnants of the former place of worship are visible.
This small cemetery is located on the northern edge of the town of Groß Neuendorf and cannot be missed due to the continuous wall and the entrance gate decorated with a menorah. The synagogue, which was built onto a simple house, is also a witness to Jewish life in the Oderbruch. The bricked-up pointed arches of the windows and an information board help to find the building.
