The approximately 15 hectare Märkische Naturgarten is located on the southern outskirts of Frankfurt (Oder). The highly structured area is easily accessible via many paths and trails. The six educational boards set up in the natural garden explain the local flora and fauna. A small playground is also inviting visitors. The Märkische Naturgarten was inaugurated in 1926 with a tree planting and includes a wide range of the flora and fauna of the Märkische region with a lake, meadows, swamps, moorland, sandy fields, forest and a park that used to belong to the estate.
To get there, take bus line 984 to the Gükdendorf/Krumme Straße stop.
