Painting Ingrid Harks-Hanke

Ingrid Harks-Hanke lives and works in Berlin and in the Oderbruch. She studied at the Academy of Painting in Berlin and graduated as a master student in Andreas Amrhein's class. Since 1997 she has commuted between Berlin and Neuhardenberg OT Quappendorf. She brought working methods and techniques from her home town with her and in the Oderbruch she added the themes of "Oderquappen" and "Schinkel buildings on both sides of the Oder".
