The Pimpinelle dairy sheep farm on the old Oder offers handmade, organic sheep's cheese specialties made in-house. The fresh sheep's milk from the farm's own herd is processed into high-quality products in the dairy and sheep's cheese dairy on site. The range includes sheep's yoghurt, quark, fresh and soft cheeses, sliced and hard cheese made from pure sheep's milk, as well as meat and sausage specialties made from lamb and sheep. Lambskins, sheep's wool, apple juice and walnuts are also offered - all produced regionally and sustainably.
