This long and somewhat winding lake on the edge of the Oderbruch offers several beautiful and quiet bathing spots around the lake. There are open lawns and clearings along the shore, which offer places to lie down and direct access to the water.
There is a car park directly on the L34 country road coming from Ringenwalde before the entrance to Karlsdorf on the right-hand side. From there it is about 300 metres along a forest path to the lake and the first swimming opportunities. A five-kilometre-long footpath leads around the lake.
