The agricultural cooperative includes a country butcher's shop, a potato peeling business, several butcher shops and the kitchen operation at the Neuzeller farmers' market.
With 150 employees, 5.500 hectares of arable and grassland land, 4.000 pigs, of which 400 are breeding sows, 2.600 cattle, of which 800 are dairy cows and 200 are suckler cows, it is a high-performance company that has a proven track record of focusing on quality rather than quantity. Everything comes from a single source. The meat and sausage products are varied and range from beer ham, bacon, homemade liver sausage, fresh farmer's mettwurst, Neuzeller Schwarze and Neuzeller beer meatballs to Neuzeller monk sausages, which have already been awarded certificates.
At the Neuzeller farmers’ market you can purchase products from the agricultural cooperative as well as regional suppliers.
