Neuenhagen town hall with water tower

  • Historical monuments and sites
The water tower town hall in Neuenhagen near Berlin, built in 1925/26, with its expressionist brick facade and Bauhaus-style council chamber with colored leaded glass windows, is not only a hit with architecture fans. The almost 42 m high building also has a viewing terrace from which you can see all the way to Berlin and the surrounding area. In 2011, the town hall received a modern extension that elegantly fits into the historic building. Tours are available for a fee and can be arranged in advance by telephone.
