The thermal bath
In the natural brine of the SaarowTherme you can feel the beneficial effects of the natural thermal brine of the Catherinenquelle - more than just bathing.
The thermal brine water from the hotel's own Catharinenquelle spring is extracted from a 450-meter-deep well and contains valuable minerals and trace elements.
The temperature of the extracted brine is 21 °C at the well head and is therefore considered thermal brine. The brine is left natural and used exclusively in the SaarowTherme. Only iron and manganese are filtered out of the brine.
The brine is heated to a pleasantly warm temperature of around 36 °C via heat exchangers. A brine concentration of 3% promises pure recovery and relaxation.

Bathing in brine water can have positive effects on skin diseases, respiratory diseases and musculoskeletal disorders. The valuable minerals in brine water mean that the skin can retain more moisture. It feels pleasantly soft and supple.
The salty air in the brine thermal bath stimulates blood circulation in the lungs and cleanses the respiratory tract. Due to the buoyancy effect of the 3% concentrated brine, the body feels almost weightless in the warm water. This means that water gymnastics can be carried out in a particularly gentle way for the musculoskeletal system and can relieve pain.
