The bathing area on the largest lake in Märkische Schweiz is right in the town and is unmissable. The Schermützelsee's high water quality means that visibility can reach depths of up to 6 m. The Buckow lido offers rowing and pedal boat rentals, a mooring for passenger boats, lifeguards, toilets, a playground, catering and a lawn for sunbathing. If you feel like it, you can also take the opportunity to hike the 7,5 km long panoramic circular path before swimming and explore the lake in advance.
