Tourist Information Friedland

Friedland is located between the Spree, Schwielochsee and Schlaubetal and comprises 16 districts. In the town center are the church and the castle with the Tourist Information FriedlandThe surrounding area offers idyllic hiking trails and cross-regional cycling paths through largely untouched nature. A hand-operated ferry connects Leißnitz and Ranzig, allowing cyclists a shorter route around Lake Schwieloch.
The Schlaubetal Nature Park impresses with its diverse flora and fauna and invites you to relax. Along the Spree River, Lake Schwieloch, and smaller bodies of water, there are beaches, boat moorings, rest areas, and fishing spots.
