Hikers, skaters and cyclists will find the Schlaube Oderland region to be an ideal area for sporting activities, relaxation and discovery. The whole family can explore the landscape on flat paths.
Information boards and the tourist information office provide information on the communities of Brieskow-Finkenheerd, Vogelsang, Ziltendorf with the districts of Aurith and Ernst-Thälmann-Siedlung, Wiesenau and Groß Lindow for individual discovery tours in the Schlaube Oderland region. The region between the Oder, Schlaube, Oder-Spree Canal and Friedrich-Wilhelm Canal (also known as the Brieskow Canal) is crossed by the Ziltendorf lowlands, directly on the Oder-Neisse cycle path between Eisenhüttenstadt and Frankfurt (Oder).
Nature lovers can wander through forests and meadows along the waters and stop off at the homes of dedicated hosts. Specialties are served in cozy and lovingly furnished inns. Art workshops open their doors to visitors.
