The farm is certified according to: Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on food hygiene and additionally "avoidance of preservatives and colourings".
Products: 100% goat cheese, cream cheese and quark, unripened soft cheese, drinking milk, ice cream made from goat milk, salami, goat meat on pre-order, goat milk pudding, goat chocolates as well as cheese tasting and brunch on pre-order
