Fisherman Sander from Naturgut Köllnitz, which is located in the middle of the nature reserve around the Groß Schauener lake chain, invites you to a unique evening all about fishing.

At the fishing evening with Sander, you will experience a unique evening right by the water and on the lake in the middle of the nature reserve, all about the topic of "fishing". It starts with a short trip in the fishing boat, where you can learn in a small group how traditional fishing works and which fishing methods are used to further promote sustainability and biodiversity. Afterwards, char is smoked in the small smokehouse right by the water while enjoying a refreshing drink, and Sander tells you exciting tips and tricks about smoking. After the starter, which is lovingly prepared and served by our head chef Stefan Ziegenhagen, you can fillet the smoked char together and enjoy it with fresh bread and horseradish. Wine and beer from the region to match the fish, as well as water and soft drinks, are also offered. After a sweet dessert, you can ask questions during a final question and answer session and find out even more exciting facts about the work on the natural estate.
The fishing evening is suitable for anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable fishing experience in the midst of the beautiful Köllnitz nature and also enjoy a delicious and authentic dinner. You can also ask about special dates for larger groups!

Fischer Sander
...is a master fisherman and has been part of the Köllnitz fishing team for several years. Sander deliberately chose the natural farm in Köllnitz because the farm places great value on sustainability. In Köllnitz, it is quite natural that the restaurant serves a plate with salad from the farm's own fields, pike-perch from the lake and organic potatoes from next door. Sander lives and loves his calling and even on a day off he would grab a boat, go out on the lake and go fishing.
