Ancient Egyptian

The bike tour starts at the Strausberg Stadt S-Bahn station and follows a cycle path alongside the road via the Hohensteiner Chaussee to Hohenstein. The route then continues along field and forest paths through the countryside to Garzau-Garzin, where you'll find the Slavic hillfort and the fieldstone pyramid.
One section follows the EuroVelo R1 cycle route to Rehfelde. The route continues via the ZR1 towards Strausberg, passing Herrensee in the Herrensee nature reserve, Lange-Damm-Wiesen and Barnim-Hänge.
Following the signs for "Tour Brandenburg," the route reaches Lake Straussee and runs along the shore towards the town center. Along the way, there are views of the lake and the Straussee ferry. The town museum and the tourist information office are located on August-Bebel-Straße. The tour then leads through Strausberg's old town back to the Strausberg Stadt S-Bahn station.
